Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a pretty good size and comfortable rooms, but they felt dingy and very dark, with a moldy smell upon entering, possibly due to lack of sunlight. The service was a mix, with some staff being wonderful and helpful, while others were not particularly helpful. The location couldn't be better, near the Grand Place and attractions, despite being overpriced. The dining experience had good food options but limited choices for vegetarians. The facilities were overall good.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel - the square-facing room was just the right size for me, and quite comfortable. The service was excellent, with helpful and kind staff providing great suggestions. The location couldn't be better, being a short walk from the Grand Place and near the central station. The dining was a bit lacking in options and strict on timing, but overall, the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel's location is superb, right across from the square offering a spectacular view, but the rooms are very old and had worn-out furniture. The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff, and the dining experience was a highlight with a variety of options. However, the in-room facilities were not up to par.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious and met my expectations for such accommodation. However, the lighting in the bathroom was a bit too dim for my liking. The service was exceptional, with staff members being extremely friendly and even going the extra mile to provide us with a blanket. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Grand Place and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The dining options, though not personally utilized, seemed satisfactory with a nice selection of prepackaged items available. The facilities were well-equipped, offering essential amenities like shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers a great location near main tourist sites in Brussels, although the rooms are in need of redecoration. The service is friendly and helpful, especially Alexander. Dining options, though varied, were not the most delicious or reasonably priced.
The hotel's location is really what I appreciated the most, being right at the city center between Central Station and 'la grand place,' offering a perfect base for exploring. However, the rooms had some issues like cigarette smoke coming in from the streets and needing updates. The service was a bit confused initially but turned out to be really kind and helpful, especially with complimentary boarding pass printing. The dining experience was just okay, not as luxurious as expected. Overall, a decent stay with a few improvements needed.
